The Better Business Bureau has launched a brand new more comprehensive letter grade scale. This new system has been under development for more than a year and is geared towards helping consumers identify more reliable businesses. BBB ratings are objective, based on a computer generated formula and are evaluated on 16 different factors. Paul's Carpet Cleaning has been a BBB accredited business since 2004, earning an A+ grade! Both BBB Accredited and non accredited businesses will be assigned a letter grade based on a computer generated formula. In most cases complaint history will drive a business letter-grade rating. Nearly 85% of the scoring will be determined by consumer reported complaints. BBB focuses on the number of, and severity of complaints, and how a business resolves them. |
